It all begins with creating stability. You can expect to refine lifestyle habits, learn practical and effective coping skills, and connect to a positive social environment so that you feel supported throughout the process. My role involves holding a safe space, sharing the science behind these strategies, and helping you navigate barriers in applying these skills. Sessions are typically once or twice per week.

Heal
As you feel more grounded in your day-to-day, we begin to identify patterns and themes behind your presenting symptoms. My focus is on assisting you to form connections and identifying the root-cause of your distress. I guide you through evidence-based practices to promote healing on a deeper, cellular level. Sessions are usually once per week, gradually transitioning to a bi-weekly frequency.

Maintain
Healing is a personal journey and wellness is a lifelong practice. Together, we’ll collaborate on ways for you to sustain progress independently, integrating therapeutic insight to future experiences. You may choose to attend regular wellness classes as part of your ongoing self-care routines. Sessions are typically on a monthly or as-needed basis.
